Casa Jaumet’s organic raw mountain honey is a multifloral honey produced from mountain and forest blossoms in the natural surroundings of the Pallars Jussà, in the Catalan Pyrenees.

Made with certified organic beekeeping, never heated or pasteurised, it preserves its natural composition and reflects the biodiversity of the territory.

We have practiced respectful beekeeping for over fifteen years, combining traditional knowledge with a responsible, land-based approach.

What is mountain honey?

Organic raw mountain honey is a multifloral honey produced from spontaneous mountain and woodland flora.

The 2024–2025 harvest shows a high percentage of blackberry pollen (Rubus ulmifolius) and won second prize at the El Brull Honey Awards 2024.

Raw mountain honey production process

We work with native black bees and harvest only the surplus honey, always respecting the natural rhythm of the hive.
