Nearly 20 years ago, we started our project to produce food using sustainable permaculture techniques, respecting the environment, recovering abandoned crops, optimizing the use of natural resources, and planting traditional agricultural varieties. We love the land, the bees, and nature, which is why we respect their cycles and harvest times in our products.
At the farm shop, you can buy part of our small production of oil from century-old olive trees, honey, saffron, almonds, walnuts, aromatic herbs, and natural cosmetics. You can also purchase these and other fresh products, such as fruit and vegetables, when you come to visit us.
