Audit will be the one to welcome you. An environmental educator and yoga instructor certified by the Government of Catalonia, she has worked for over fifteen years in the tourism sector in the Pallars, as a mountain sports guide, nature interpreter, and on night outings for stargazing. Over the last decade, she has specialised in beekeeping and olive oil production, having even been the village miller. She now devotes her energy to a rooted, sustainable and shared way of life.
Furi is passionate about nature, and in his spare time he takes care of the fields with quiet and tireless dedication. More than ten years ago, he restored the century-old olive trees that surround Casa Jaumet, and from that effort comes today an oil of exceptional quality.
We want Casa Jaumet to be a place of connection with the earth and its cycles, of respect and harmony with nature. Because we know that bees are vital to life, that the landscape is not just scenery, that everything is connected, and that the future will only be livable if we learn to care for what surrounds us.
Casa Jaumet is our life project, but also our way of contributing to the world we will leave to our children and future generations. We hope our intention reaches you.
